            @Rabbi @ela Do not sungaze with chemtrails, only unfiltered sun. You can't really overdo it in the sense that you can damage yourself, I think, but I would start slowly, as in 5 seconds more every day, and you should squint at first. Daytime doesn't matter; harmful UV rays are a psyop. And as I said, it can knock you out for the day
