Hey guys, I have TMJ. I suspect it's caused by hitting my jaw when I was about 12, but I'm not sure. I don't have any pain, just a slight crunching sound in my ear. Sometimes the crunching gets worse, sometimes it goes away. So please tell me everything you know about this problem and how it can be corrected during puberty. What could be the consequences in my 20s and 30s if I don't fix this. I am 14 right now

It's not that it was caused by hitting the jaw, it was always a weak point for your body. The jaw area was just weak internally because weak nutrition and it was just matter of time when it would get some resistance and get damaged, it could have get damaged from eating hard candy or whatever, for someone on rawprimal it would have healed in weeks or few months by the body rebuilding it with nutrients, your body didn't have those nutrients from food so it hasn't healed.

You need a lot raw meat and organs to even have the ability to fix it overall and then you need to eat like raw cartilage to rebuild the joint.

Grind raw chicken chicken bones and especially the end parts that have joints and eat them. 2-4 tbsp per day.

The chicken cartilage around the chickens own joints will help to give your body the building materials to build it again and overall easy rawprimal version (raw meat, beef liver, eggs, animal fat etc) to give the body ability for repairing.

it sounds pretty mild so the basic rawprimal could repair it only, might not need the raw chicken bones grinded.

I mean it will start becoming worse by age if you don't heal it ofcourse, could be easy still.

@Rabbi Thank you man, i will add raw cartilages, and bones, to my diet. I already ate well for the past month and I felt improvments after the raw liver and bone marrow
