So I've been wondering what kind of toothpaste should I use instead of the "normal" ones that are for sale, full of chems and toxic stuff. Also, what should I floss with? I already know that I need to use a bamboo toothbrush and a copper tongue scrapper. Thanks for the attention 🙏

No need toothpaste, even the "natural" ones are dangerous. and if you need to brush teeth then whatever toothbrush that has natural materials.

the point of toothpaste is to kill bacteria (life), which is satanic. no but really the bacteria in your mouth are important for protection. your mouth is close to your brain, if some unwanted stuff (toxins) gets to your mouth its not far from brain, having strong bacteria in mouth prevents this as they process toxins and prevent them from entering blood stream.

but brushing teeth with only toothbrush might have benefits still.

I havent brushed my teeth my whole life, just get a dental cleaning once or twice a year until you get healthy enough so that your body doesnt have to detox through the mouth anymore. TELL THE DENTIST YOU WANT THE CLEANING WITHOUT ANY PASTE; ALL DENTIST PASTES HAVE FLUORIDE DO NOT COME IN CONTACT WITH FLUORIDE.
