Do people on the primal diet fart?

I believe Goatis said he doesn't fart because of his diet, but animals in the wild fart too. Or is it only sick animals that fart?

@skibidiqueenfrk very rarely

Yeah you'll detox and start farting. It's toxins dumping in the stomach mixing with digestive juices. Eat raw unsalted cheese and you'll be fine.

If i eat fruit without fat it happens to me

Have a sugar cube sized piece of raw unsalted cheese (drier the better) with nothing else 10-30 minutes before every meal and it will probably help you the most cuz you probably have heavy metals in your digestive tract. Have 20% carrots and the rest celery in your veggie juice to get rid of toxic bile. And if you are enzyme deficient (gurantees bad digestion) you need to eat enzyme rich fruits with your meals like unripe pineapple (better for fats) and papaya (better for protein) with your meals or have honey if you drink milk.
