The package said explicitly it was never heated strained or filtered it was the best honey I've ever had.
For the record it only looked like that on the top, on the insife it was all pure and very solid delicious honey no liquid bs
Do not buy honey that does not explicitly say never heated or unheated or something similar. It can say raw or alive enzymes and still be heated

@ChickenDinosaurs brand new raw honey straight from the hive is still liquid. It takes about a month or more to crystlized depending on various factors

my unheated honey tastes like pasturised honey mixed with white sugar, its thick and crystalised but very nice

@ChickenDinosaurs you can always put some in a cup then put the cup in a bowl of hot water to liquify it a bit that's what I do
