I have youth national team tryouts rn for the age group above the one I was just in and I gotta push through it and perform my peak so if you guys got any high test advice for me to make the team and do well I'd love to hear it

its normal to feel some kind of fear or nervousness or uncomfortability so just accept it and embrace it, whenever i got a big event i dont stress too much abt me stressing and just basically do what i have to do, once you are doing the thing just get loose and get in the mood and never stress, this is what i do
