Fresh fish blood

If I catch a fish and kill it. Is its blood useful or used in any way for consumption or do we just drink mammal blood. It may be a dumb question. But I prefer dumb questions over dumb mistakes.

Consume everything except the skin but if you can handle the skin eat that too. Eat it and do not let a single thing remain, the fish's entire being should be encapsulated within your stomach.
