      Im 14, 1 year ago i had perfect skin, it’s my biggest insecurity. Since 1 year i eat better than the normie but not actually „primal“. And since 1 month im fully raw very high fat. Before that i was cooked carnivore for 1 month. My acne came in the last 5 months. Is this normal? When will it go away? My skin got slightly better the last month but still bad. I just want clear skin. I tried everything. Everytime i drink more lube formulas or more milk i get more acne. When will it go away?
      I think i can’t tolerate milk but im in puberty so i have to drink it. Advice?(i want to add that my skin quality is extremely good it’s just the pimples)

            @rawPrimalBube1
            This is normal during diet transitions and puberty. Acne flares are common when shifting to raw high-fat primal, because the body detoxes stored toxins, rebalances hormones, and rebuilds skin.

            So what should you do?
            You should minimize raw dairy consumption if thats the cause for acne. Raw meat, raw eggs, raw fat (marrow), and bone broths supply superior calcium, fats, and nutrients for growth without the acne trigger from dairy.

              There’s no such thing as hormonal acne. Acne is always detox

                    @Elliott87 Yeah, but the detox happens because of hormonal shifts. Not because of food primarily. So thats why teens who eat slop can still get much acne.
