I’ve been washing my hair with eggs for months now, my hair is getting drier though.
I’ve been swimming at the beach daily, some days I don’t submerge my head but the waves make it hard to stay dry..
I heard coconut oil blocks your natural oil secretions or pores so I use it on occasion.
Are there any other natural products that combat dryness? My hair looks like a nest, since I’m growing it out

@oldbern Do raw eggs and coconut oil really work? Do you like using it?

@oldbern the sea water is drying it out

1 tsp sun‑dried powdered clay + 1½ tbsp raw ACV
Clay + 1 fertile raw egg
Clay + 1 tbsp fresh raw papaya juice + ½ tbsp mineral water

aajonus said these can be used as "hair care"

                @oldbern

                Problem:
Eggs strip oils and dry hair further, especially with beach salt/water stripping natural sebum. Your dryness is a result from over-cleansing plus ocean exposure.

                Natural moisturizers:
Rub raw butter or bone marrow (or mix) into scalp/hair regularly. It strengthens follicles, supplies fats directly, and counters dryness/toxins. Alternate with raw apple cider vinegar (diluted) every other day to neutralize scalp toxins without weakening cells.

Fermented coconut cream (diluted) as occasional shampoo. It draws toxins but dont use very frequently if it feels drying. It does moisturize better than plain coconut oil for many poeple.

Raw egg yolks (not whole eggs) for washing less often, gentler than full eggs.

                Or just don't wash frequently.

                Diet:
Eat more raw animal fats (butter, cream, marrow) daily with meat. This rebuilds natural oils and protects hair from within. Add celery juice to bind toxins. Raw egg yolks daily help massively with biotin/sulfur for texture .

Shouldn't be using eggs or coconut oil. Aajonus said they both make you stink. What you have to do is eat more raw fresh never frozen butter and that'll moisturize your skin and hair from the inside out.

Honestly might be a good idea to do cold showers to prevent the skin/hair from getting too dry too.

@The-Real-Legend It won't stink as much if you put water in your hair first and then wash it with cold water. But never take showers. Always take baths. Topic coming up on this.

@Hunterskull False, based off my experience. Normies can still smell it on you. Even after washing a couple times. I did it with raw butter and they were ready to get me fired from my job.
