I already made the maca root with milk alchohol , it was so strong it burned my nose.
I will only drink a tablespoon or two today , i will wait some days and see how i react , i just started school , so i cant detox really hard right now.The goal of this is to get parasites in the digestive tract.
I also drank the veg juice beforehand. -
@piss i want to do the diet as quickly as i can , i think my low energy is making me lose opportunities in life

@LUV i can understand but healing from a aggresive detox like this could potentially take weeks if not months
Let some time pass and continue the diet, those kind of aggresive detoxes are for the ones who did the diet for years

@piss we need to go through all that aajonus went through to achieve his heaven on earth state.
He drank a lot of it in a short time , i only drank around 40-50 ml .
i will see how the body reacts and keep it simple everyday.

@Elliott87 i have felt it 3 times on my life , i dont know how i got there. Its extremelly beautifull , you feel the connection to God and all of creation.

@Elliott87 i have done yoga and meditation for some time , you need to be in an extremely calmed state to be able to experience this.
This has happened by being partially awake in the nightime , a deep feeling of relaxation comes and then if you push it deeper you will feel your brain attuning to something, which leads to even deeper relaxation and to some experiences.

@LUV a severe detox you're not ready for would make you even more lethargic lol, the side effects could last 1-2 months depending on the severity

@Elliott87 already had diarrhea , i think this detox takes a lot of days to kick in(the parasites reaching maturity) .
i will do it better than aajonus , so i wont have problems with it. -
@LUV holyyy I could not be doing this, I am a pussy. I am scared of detox. It gets a lot worse than just diarrhea

@Elliott87 the last one i forced went very bad , i had burning diarrhea every 20 minutes and so much gas trapped on my insides that couldnt get out.
mind you this went for days
