There is a tribe on some Island in east-Asia that look way younger than their age. Their diet consists of mostly raw fish and they get almost all their fats from coconuts. These tribe members sit in the sun almost all day on or near the beaches. They are also quite nomadic, so they must be walking in the sun.
Aajonus Vonderplanitz says the following about this tribe:
It was pretty great to finally find a primitive tribe, a truly primitive tribe, that lives with their self made garments, in their own huts. All of these people had great teeth, and 70 and 80 year olds looked like they were 40, 45 years old. The shaman was about probably 82, and looked about 43, 45. I looked at some of the older ones and I asked how old he thinks I am, and he said: "we really can’t tell you, but probably 120 years old." Only for medicinal purposes do they use honey, they don’t eat it. But they don’t need it, because they’re in incredible health.
