I'd like to try raw eggs for the first time. Are shop bought ones like from Lidl okay? Ive heard people say that they had those, and, though they dont taste nice, they aren't necessarily bad for you. I was thinking of mixing the egg inside whole milk and drinking a cup of that.

@xtra Don't mix the egg white into milk, just chug the whole egg straight out of the eggshell. And yes supermarket eggs are okay

shitty quality eggs are pretty bad. the egg white is like water with supermarket eggs. Go to a farm or get the best eggs from your supermarket but i wouldnt eat eggs if they werent alteast decent. and dont drink them cold nor any other food for that matter and store your eggs in room temp

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

Just drink them. Over time even the lower quality ones will be delicious.

@xtra Depends on the store. You should always make sure the eggs are soy free, the chickens aren't given any antibiotics or vaccines, and are pasture-raised.
Once you consider eating the egg raw, it should've been sitting at room temperature (never refrigerated, make sure you buy unrefrigerated eggs at the store).

You can start by adding the yolks into your raw milk and saving the egg whites for shaving or other uses.

@xtra I have found it easier to drink the eggs without breaking the yolk and mixing it with the egg white. So i just drink it with the yolk still intact with the egg whites in the same cup,and then the yolk gets destroyed in your mouth. You can try if that way is easier for you to do or if its easier for you to have them mixed.

Don't know, thats what he said. i assume it's something about the enzymes binding, but on my first time I'm not sure i can stomach the texture of the eggs that i already dont like. Ill definitely try it unmixed if its significantly different, I'm not that incredibly bothered
