    @merib301 Use egg yolks. They are great for your hair.

          @merib301 your hair will smell like apple cider vinegar while it's wet but after your hair dries the smell goes away fast. Also make sure it's raw acv, not heated

            I use an egg and mix it up before applying it, make sure to not use water that’s too hot or it’ll cook the egg

                  @r.rasho

                  When you switched from shampoo to this did you have an adaptation period? because the scalp is used to fat being deleted once every few a days and produces more so did you have any adaptation period?

                    @merib301 I don't remember exactly how no shampoo went for me in the beginning, but iirc the adaptation period was only around 1.5 months long for me and it wasn't that bad . My hair only got a little bit more oily during that time.

                    Before, when I used shampoo at least once a week, my hair ends were like hay while my scalp was disgustingly oily. Now it overall feels clean and soft.

                    Since it's summer break right now, I’d recommend ditching your shampoo and only washing your hair with water 3 times a week max (best 2 times and in clean rivers if possible). If you're going to wash your hair in your shower then at least buy a filter for your showerhead.

                        @merib301 You should have washed with diluted apple cider vinegar (raw) at that time
