@r.rasho I am gonna choose possible phones from SAR Value (The phone brands dont give out EMF information but the closest thing we have to it is the SAR value) / cost choice. Samsung Galaxy A70 and Samsung Galaxy A20 has real low amounts of SAR but could be a little bit over budgeted. I would HIGHLY reccomend buying samsung galaxy A20.
About the non-smart phones, most people think they are gonna have lower emf exposure but its not the case most of the time, sometimes they can have even more.
Sadly, because they are old phones there are no SAR value for most of them. But, if i would have to suggest a non-smart phone for for a burner phone usage, it would be a model from sony ericsson. They dont have considerably small amounts of SAR values unlike the smart phones i mentioned before but they are mostly cheaper. And how somewhat have relatively less SAR exposure than some smart phones, probably less than the main phone you are using right now.

put your phone on airplane mode completely
don’t use ur phone once u go out
i’f possible, u can get some crappy iphone 11 for like £60 from friends or random phone shops
so u can use that instead of ur main phone
