Some of the chemicals that i breathe in literally fucks with my senses it turns off my appetite for food. @slave92 Take some time out of your day to go to a nearby forest. It helped with me. I almost always eat raw meat in the forest during lunch.
@Hunterskull i already do that on weekends but i should start doing it after work the nearest forest to my house is like 13 min away
