My diet is good but my environment is bad

Im 19 and work 5 days a week at a construction site i breathe in so much fucking chemicals dust and concrete everyday. Some of the chemicals that i breathe in literally fucks with my senses it turns off my appetite for food. Even tho my diet is good im still gonna die at around 50 or 60 from some sort of cancer if i continue working here like a slave

@slave92 Take some time out of your day to go to a nearby forest. It helped with me. I almost always eat raw meat in the forest during lunch.
@Hunterskull i already do that on weekends but i should start doing it after work the nearest forest to my house is like 13 min away

@slave92 I recommend reading anti-modernity books. It gives you the urge to quit your slave job faster.

@slave92 I'm just as screwed as you are; I work in a mechanic's shop. I come into contact with motor oil, anti-rust agents, tires, and many other horrible toxins.

@slave92 Can you wear some type of mask that allows only oxygen so you wont breathe the toxins.
