Raw carnivore zero carb (no eggs dairy or poultry ideally only ruminant) + OMAD, sunlight on your face and good circadian rhythm, getting lean, if you must eat carbs absolutely zero randle cycle and eat them in direct sunlight, avoid artificial blue light at all costs it bloats you hella
