Well think about fat soluble fats vs water soluble fats and they detox different stuff. Water soluble fats dissolve chemicals and toxins that dissolve in water like alcohol, preservatives etc etc. Fat soluble is same thing but for fats. Toxins stored in fat or as fat would be pesticides, solvents, certain oils, etc etc.
