      hi

if you feel its scary because you have never done it then one way to make your body learn its safe is to take small bite of quality raw liver and then wait 24 hours and take 2 bites, it makes your body learn liver is safe and it causes no problems. also eating too much at first shouldn't cause problems, but can if your body is not ready for extremely high amounts of nutrients.

you can also blend it into smoothie.

I started by swallowing pieces of it whole with milk. Your body will learn that there are many nutrients in it and start to crave it.

just block your nose and eat it, i can get through grams of liver really quickly that way and i dont have to taste the irony taste, after you get on the diet for a while youll start craving this irony taste though

@Rabbi how long do you have to be on the diet for this to happen? i've been on the diet for 2 months now and i still taste it, even on regular muscle meat, maybe i need to be on it for longer?

@rawmeat I didnt taste iron in like after 1-2 months of 500g raw liver per week.

So my theory is that I ate high amounts of raw liver at one sitting and that caused detox, and the syptomps were euphoria and exactly that metallic taste.

Now i genuinely can say i dont taste the iron at all.

If you eat smaller amounts at a time the time the irony taste will leave takes longer as the detox is slower.

The main thing is that the irony taste might not be the iron, its actually taste of your own industrial metals being pulled out of storage by raw liver enzymes and nutrients, then passing through your saliva, and spitting it out.

I have noticed after I started eating liver that I have spitted much more. Its a good sign because your body is pulling the toxins out.

I am very noob in the detox subject but thats what I have read. Feel free to correct me.
