dont do that, the drier the cheese, the greater is its detox potential. Also, mold is by far the strongest detoxer

@Rabbi moist = easy to digest; dry = hard to digest; this goes for all foods; dry cheese detoxes so well because of its high concentration of bioinactive minerals, if you eat moist cheese the minerals become boactive again which lessens their detox potential (but increases the amount of minerals your body absorbs)
