hello everybody, im actually stoked i found about this forum.
I have like 4k posts on another forum where there are primals but in general its a forum for another subject. So im really happy to find this forum so I can actually post about diet.
thats all, i hope since this forum is way smaller that people are nicer.

@Hunterskull ive been studying aajonus's diet since around may 2025 when it got a bit of fame on tiktok but i just found about this forum today.
