- Ik I'm just supposed to have as much as I want but would you say theres a minimum per day for lambs liver or blood (especially liver) for serious benefits regarding acne and clearing skin
- Is it alright if I consume the lambs liver by some drizzling unheated honey on it until i get used to the flavor because it makes the super powerful taste more tolerable for my goy taste buds

drink how much blood and liver u want until u feel like its too much for u , ur body will tell you . but maybe start with a cup of blood and as u prepare the liver u can tell how much is a good amount , how many grams did u get?as for the honey, is it raw? if so u can do whatever , lots of people mix meat with honey
i also heard lamb blood is sweeter than cow, when u drink it can u say if it is? enjoy

@Elliott87 bro its so filling i try to drink two per day but I have one lube at like 7am with a ribeye and im literally satiated to the brim for the whole entire day and I go to sleep full as well its ridiculous. I have like a small amount of liver or a small milkshake at like 2pm and I dont eat like anything else the whole day wtf do I do its too filling
