I never like go to gym or exercise but I move a lot in nature, but not like I am sweating heavily, just walking and doing bushcrafting.

Do you exercise? Is it healthy?

I think being active is healthy and great for things such as clearing your head, getting sunlight etc, but working out or going on jogs or the gym isn’t

I go to the gym almost every day, mainly to swim now but occasionally I will lift weights. I think it’s ok and fun as long as you’re not overdoing it

@veloman yeah I think that also, of course people can do whatever they want but it should not be said that exercise makes someone healthier, only more adapted to exercise

@Rabbi I think it can be, it just depends on how much you do. For me it’s helped my health
