Im pretty short (5'8) and 16 years old and I would like to make the most out of my height before by growth plates close, I'm not primal just yet (planning on going primal after moving out in a month), but I know going primal wont really do much if im already 16 so I was going to do some research into getting supplements to boost height. If anyone else is on some I would appreciate it if you could let me know what and ur experience. TY. Also I would like to hear from people who are against the too.

@Orthochud14 Supplements are toxins that will only keep you shorter than maximizing your genetic potential with highly nutrient and bio-avaliable raw animal foods.

@Orthochud14 Nigger if i was your height i'd pin ngl. I'm 6'1 and i feel short as fuck (average height in my country is 6ft). Fuck the side effects. If you're going to be stuck under 6 feet your whole life you're going to have a way harder time. Pinning may age and damage you but if you stay strictly on the primal diet for the rest of your life the downsides are less of an issue. The only reason pinning for your situation is justifiable is because of your height. Don't take any supplements tho

            Hope this helps

Although supplements go into your bloodstream and show when you get blood work done, they aren't utilized and bioavailable, meaning your body can't actually use them. FaceIQ has debunked this. It's essentially a waste of money.

Peptides, on the other hand, are different. Most peptides don't work the way you think. HGH (human growth hormone) makes you grow faster, not taller. You'll still end up with the same height, just quicker. And make no mistake, they are toxic to your body. You can try if you find one that works, if you'd like, but given you are still in puberty raw milk I'd recommend raw milk.
