Dose Brain taste good?

I went to my local butcher and saw pig brain.I wanna know if its worth the price and dose it even taste any good.I dont have much experienc with organs ,ate liver once

@youngnSv3rige I’ve tried lambs brain it’s very smooth feeling and mushy the insides when u bite into the brain is creamy and it smells like seafood and tastes like off scallops a little taste is very easy on the tongue liver is much worse in comparison I think brain is mostly cholesterol and fat not bad recommend felt good in the morning #dwbi
