i’m confused@Ozanq1 Yeah it could be kinda hard to convince her at that point. I think that you should just eat it without her knowing, or try to get her to understand it,with saying something like that other dishes use raw meat too,for example tartare or sushi.

i’m confused@Ozanq1 doing raw meat dishes that are considered fancy might help like steak tartare or carpaccio, because they are generally accepted by society.
Also, if you must you can cook blue steak. In my own experience it is far more accepted by society compared to raw meat (because of the germ theory).
