@Ozanq1 from my vigorous testing i noticed that the approximate loss of molecular nutrients was about 38% shekels.
the remaining 62% were really angry ans furious and when inspecting them under a telescope i noticed that they were making funny faces and trying to mog me.
luckily im currently in tel aviv so im fairly resistant to such attacks

It doesn't matter too much the bacteria are still there in the same amounts as unfrozen and nutrients aren't meaningfully damaged
