How do you genuinely gain weight on the Primal diet without going broke. I have cheap raw milk supply. But the other stuff is expensive.
@Otpyral start drinking at least 3L of milk every day. Buy more and make cheese with it and skim the top to get cream and make butter from that. Eat more often. I find that often beef is too acidic for me and I loose the appetite for it I can still eat lots of pork of seafood

@Otpyral Gaining weight when it is time to gain weight? If you eat foods alone, nothing is going to be slow in digestion. It will be easily assimilated and you will not put on weight. So when you are on the weight gaining cycle it is good to mix your milk, eggs, butter with the meat, etc. All that fat will help to chelate with those toxins out of the rooted tissues where they have been stored for years and then you take it off.
Always eat lots of extra butter with your meat. You’ll know that the meat won’t go into fuel to burn. Eggs? Okay. Cheese? Doesn’t help to gain weight that much.

Bro gaining weight comes down to consuming more calories than you burn.
Find your daily calorie consumption and add 200-300 calories on top of that. The more calories you add the faster you gain weight (fat). People here make it out to me a crazy thing, when its just calories in vs calories out. Working out will help you put on weight since you gain muscle.
Buying foods in mass to cut costs will be your best bet, aim for eggs, milk and butter to increase your calories.
At the end of the day, it will cost some money, its up to you if you find it worth it. If you dont have a job, get one. Or start some business. -

@ela ok, lets put it this way, do you believe you get energy from food? Not some metaphorical "i enjoy it" or "it relaxes me energy", but actual energy to carry on with your day?
-
@ela its not different. a calorie is just a unit for energy. heat or whatever, its just energy. and you call me retarded... yeah sure.
-
i drink 2L of milk a day and its 2000 calories because they add fat to the one that i drink, so i have around 4500-5000 calories a day
-
@Chill "yea i look at food and see a number but im not retarded!" you have some mental illness
@ela ad hominem instead of an argument, but sure... im the retarded one here...?
all you do is spew logical fallacies, you cant even argue for your point dude.
calories in vs calories out is the only way fat loss occurs, thats it.
There is so much evidence that you can deduce for this, the opinion of @ela on rawprimal.org means fuck all
