My dad is like 5’9 my mother is 5’6-5’7 and im 6’0 i grew up eating the worst kinds of garbage i had powdered milk instead of real milk from age 6 to around 9 because my parents were brainwashed and during my puberty years i pretty much ate regular slave foods like oats, bread just all types of grains and some veggies but i did love eating meat and ate some everyday it wasn’t much compared to all the other processed shit i ate.

Because of this i was pretty malnourished and hit puberty very late compared to my friends then i found out about goatis in 2025 around march, i was 18 i cut out all grains and processed foods and started drinking some raw milk and eating only animal based also fruits and because of that i actually got a growth spurt that was very noticeable at the age of 18, which i didn't know was possible im now 19 is there a chance i continue to get taller? I don’t really understand at which age u stop growing

@Elliott87 haven't heard anyone who's 29 and still grows 😭😭 I was referring to your early 20s and in rare occasions your mid 20s
