Whenever I eat eggs I mostly eat the yolk raw but I'll save the whites and later cook them with ghee because to me it tastes yummier than just eating the whites raw too, is there still some benefits even though I prefer to eat the whites cooked or should I just eat them raw as well?

@ela i always throw the egg whites away, I feel like they are not healthy raw, at least not bioavailably nutrient dense. Biologically the egg yolk is the thing that has most of the bioavailable nutrients as it will become the chick, and the egg white is just made so it protects the egg yolk. Egg whites have special proteins that kill bacteria and microbes, not good (antibacterial to protect the egg yolk), also I hate the taste of raw and cooked both and that is a sign also.
