How to fix a minor cavity + dental hygiene?

I have a very small cavity and was wondering if there are any cures for it aside from eating primal which im already doing. How should I go about preventing future cavities without fluoride? I'd assume primal would be sufficient but reversing a cavity would be great as well if its possible
