So since 5 months i have acne and everyday it gets worse. I’m now 15 years old and 5 months ago i had perfect skin. I’m on the diet since 7 months. I think about accutane or something. I can’t go out in public. It’s so bad, i need help. I’m really close to buying accutane. I need advice

@chville78 the truth is that you don't want to get rid of accne with accutane because acne is a detox pathway and you will get more toxic if you use accutane. You need to eat a lot of raw meat and lots of raw kefir. And stop eating the grain sludge especially gluten. Drink as much kefir as possible
