@Jay how long you been eating for, what is the difference youve seen, and are you as strict as him?
@liverman12 I eat somewhere between aajonus & ray peat. basically primal without the juices and feel amazing. I was on cooked carnivore for 2 years & i was healthy i suppose but was moody & had poor sleep.
Iv'e been eating raw for 5-6 months & I think raw liver and other organs really is what sells this diet. yes there are other variables as well but if you get in your macros & raw organs.. with raw milk & fruit. You're good to go.

@Jay for the first 2 months i ate perfectly with raw organs, fatty meats and milk, butter and some fruits.
now i moved in with friends and in a city so i eat mostly fatty muscle with some raw milk ans fruits, i eat some boiled cottage cheese tho for the cheese craving.
i do have a craving for bread tho sometimes and i noticed that eating lots makes me feel shit but a little bit makes me satisfied but thirsty so i eat more fruits.
i watched many of his older vids, dont remember him talking about detoxing or other cravings.
maybe i am missing something, like blood.
are you fully raw?

This is why people say he doesnt practice what he preaches because after 10 years of eating raw meat he looks like shit for his age, even with all the filters. But it's what his entire channel is based around so he cant eat anything else behind the scenes. so he's eating 500 grams of organs a day apparently. for 10 years.
His mood just doesn't come across as someone who's relaxed & grounded for someone that eats raw meat for a decade.. He just seems bitter & frustrated in his videos. Idk

he now has a much more natural outlook on life but also very avoidant you could say, he has a family so its best for him to just do his thing so to speak.
but he does look somewhat different and also speaks differently, what if he was cloned to make us live this more realistic and avoidant lifestyle to silence us?
@liverman12 Goatis doesn't have a family, his only kid got taken from him because he's mentally ill.
