How to loose weight in puberty without stunting development?

I am 14 like 6’1 180lbs for context i was malnourished and then i hopped on raw dairy and grew from 5’8 to 5’11 in around 4 months 2025 april to 2025 august but i didnt move at all and ate some slop with it and it just happened.
