I've seen alot about the primal diet changing your eye area, hair colour and height but I have a feeling it's all bs. Can someone please tell me if this is genuine??

@Matt_1341 It can change the eye area, as in detoxing it and lightening your iris, but that's about it. As for hair colour, it can help maintain your natural colour as you age and stop grey hairs from forming. Height is pretty much just genetic, but if you were to be raised on the primal diet, you'd likely reach your genetic potential regarding height.

@Matt_1341 helps with health indicators and therefore helps with looks, but if you’re expecting to grow bones past the age of 18 then don’t get your hopes up

it depends on the extent we are talking, if you want to improve skin then yes, and if your young it will help with development, but other than that you have to do it since young to really get the benefits. Your son or daughter however will most likely have a greater chance of looking good provided your wife doesnt eat garbage food.
