@PrimalFinngolian yes correct fat works best, but protein also helps slow spikes, and about avacados, there carbs are mid but net carbs are pretty low

I dont know how you liver eating ngas feel about fruits, i know vegtables are poisen but what about fruit?
@Truedracula it depends on where u get it and which fruit it is. for example supermarket berries such as blueberries or strawberries are heavily sprayed with chemical pesticides. if ur going to buy fruit from a store atleast get ones with rinds.(e.g oranges) wild berries and fruits are optimal. i personally love fruit cuz i can get good quality fruits and berries with no pesticides from my farm. my favs are raspberries and white mulberries!

@mei this is so bullshit fruits have toxins that become less and less when the fruit becomes ripe to discourage animals from eating it before it is fully grown. That’s why unripe fruits taste bad.
