to start off, we know that human cells are wet, water carries vibration and sound is pressure waves moving through a medium, our body is 70% medium (more or less of course, take this with a grain of salt)
when i see someone call out bullshit that a frequency could affect you, i ask them what a heartbeat is
obviously the question is what's tuning us
440hz is the default frequency in the american music industry (adopted in 1926, became default in 1936) and we can compare generations growing up with it, to generations that did not grow up with it, the UK used to use 439hz, france used to use 435hz.(there are some theories that nazis made 440hz the default frequency, but i really dont buy it)
it most definitely is under-studied by the mainstream, and most "specialists" often negate it, due to whatever reasons, now i can't just state that 440hz is poison to the body, but we have to question it. from my personal experience, listening to 440hz music, i feel good and then have that subtle energy crash.
so i started using a frequency tuner (mostly using 852hz), and i can say that i don't notice any sort of adverse effects, now this could just be me so, we need more people to share their experience, case studies are law after-all.
my main theory is:
"lower reference pitch>less high-frequency strain on inner ear hair cells>less sympathetic (fight-or-flight) triggering>heart rate variability improves slightly>body reads this as some sort of "safety" (when using frequencies such as 432hz, 528hz, 639hz, 852hz, 963hz, and whatnot)we also know that our bodies are vibration-sensitive and that tone, tempo, and volume measurably shift our nervous system's state.
now, music is free for a reason right?

https://on.soundcloud.com/yzbZ6PG4husNFW5wNO@Liverlover well, check what frequency it is tuned to, if standard 440hz therefore it can mess with your nervous system, now will it? i cant say for sure but frequencies most definitely have an effect on us.
if you want to experiment, download your desired song, use some online converter to re-tune it to 852hz for example, and with time see with which one you'll feel better, the standard tuning or the converted tuning
