Butter is tasting good, but i can only eat like 100 grams at a time. I also don’t eat butter atm and just for info I’m 16 -

Alright but i thought you shouldn’t eat milk with meat@chville78 yea milk has alkali minerals that slightly neutralise the hydrochloric acid, who’s main job is the break down the meat into tiny bits but blending it gives enough surface area it’s not a problem

So i have the highest quality butcher near me(grass fed, grass finished, no vaccs), and i buy meat there.I tried multpiple times to eat it raw, but it tastes so bad, i always have to throw up or gag. I can only eat liver, liver is tasting so good. Please help me how i can eat raw meat. It’s really the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. I need tips to eat raw muscle meat.
@chville78 if you starve for 1 days or 2 it usually tastes alot better

@chville78 try lamb meat instead of beef.
Raw Lamb meat is less chewy and smelly and has often more taste
