What's the best way to make both? I've heard that you can make kefir just by spitting in the milk and letting it ferment, but wouldn't that be just a normal fermented milk? Can I use any kefir "sample" to start growing it on my own? Thanks for the attention

@love I wouldnt maybe recommend that, it's too earobic, you need it to be anaerobic as lactic acid bacteria are anaerobic
