You are made only from the food you eat. If you eat junkfood, you are made from it. at least partially. lol. literally.

They say 'you are what you eat' and they are right. What people don't understand is that the opposite should also be upheld. You eat what you are. You are raw animal products and are able to process that, so you should eat raw animal products.

@Swansven yeah thats smart logic, it basically makes it as efficient as possible for the body to repair and maintain itself, without processing of far away species like plants that need heavy processing for minimal benefits.
