I stopped vaping around a year ago and moved onto nicotine pouches in attempts to help me quit nicotine all together, I feel like it’s the only thing in my way of being fully optimal in my health as I’ve stopped eating cooked meats almost fully and have moved onto uncooked organs and muscle meats, Whenever I try quit nicotine it feels as if my body is missing something, kinda like the feeling of hunger or thirst but less intense, and after a few days I’ll cave in and end up with pouches again, any advice on how I can fully quit all together?

Each time before you want to do it, take honey or some fruit and then use the nicotine pouches. Overtime it will lead you to use less nicotine pouches and then when the problem is fixed none at all.

It might help as nicotine addiction is closely linked to blood sugar problem. It makes sense as you say you feel something is missing and its too small amount of carbohydrates/sugar.

what do you think could this help, might want to try?
