I swallowed a lot of Chlorine yesterday at the public pool. I switched over to the local lake.
What is the Primal advice for chlorine ?

4tbsp coconut cream
1 kiwi
½ green tart unripe mango
1tbsp honey
1tbsp dairy cream
1tsp lemon juice

Drink this once a day every day untill you get sick of it

@Vitalist I use this recipe whenever I have to get into a pool so I would recommend not going into a pool if you can
