i would believe that worshipping literal nature is the truest of religions, ofc if you need to cope by being religious that would be ideal, i'm not religious myself, don't see the need to be, i just follow nature and my own feelings like a true man.

satanism is all things self centered, things which do not have regard for the other, all things opposite to Jesus teachings and in this world, in nature you only have regard for yourself and your own
@love everyone and everything you do is selfish. giving food to the homeless is selfish. helping an injured animal is selfish.
you spread love because you want to go to heaven. you give money to homeless people because that will make you feel better, and gain good deeds and obey god.
i still haven't discovered a non selfish act. i might be wrong tho -

A healthy person anonymously donates a organ to a complete stranger, knowing they will never be identified, never feel pride, and experiences instant death after donating, and does not get any emotional reward, relief, or self-satisfaction from it.
but no one has ever done it. haha.

@Rabbi then he did it for gods sake and to enter heaven, although it conflicts islam, Christianity, and Judaism.
if u dont believe in god then you still felt pride and other emotions that out weights death.
and no one has ever done it because no sane person will ever feel that this act is...good, and if they did then its for his regards which is selfish lol -

@RawisLaw so if every “good” thing someone does is being selfish then is there a point to trying to do anything good?
@ela not sure if i understood your question correctly, but there is a point to doing good deeds. its to feel better and obey god.
but dont get me wrong, for example imagine trying to survive the titanic, making room in the rescue boat is selfish cuz u only did it cuz it benefits you, but that selfish act still has regards for other people. -

there are different types of selfishness, imagine my earlier example but rather than making space you use the boat alone.is being selfish a good thing too?
so yea it depends on the type and who you ask, it all goes back to your moral ground
bad things seems good to some and vice versa -

You know, sometimes you just know something. Those revelations dont feel like a thought with which you yourself came up with, its really different.
Love knows no hate. Know Jesus and forget hatred.

what if ur idol smashes and prayer beads fall apart and no one has any resources to re make them. is the religion over? i think humans are above nature, but it is the most important tool that you need to thrive
