If, by chance, a person did not follow a 100% raw food diet, but consumed raw foods daily and occasionally processed foods (refined sugars, vegetable oils, refined carbohydrates, and that sort of junk), would it be possible to obtain any benefit from raw foods in that way?

What do you mean by occasional@iblamedoctors In the world we live in, where holidays are always associated with horrible food, we are forced to eat it if we don't want to be seen as strange. Sometimes, some people, in a gesture of kindness, offer us this type of food, and we can't be despicable and refuse it. In our jobs, we receive this type of food constantly. My occasional diet would be the following: a diet composed of 60 to 70% raw foods, with the remainder of these foods.

Yeah you would still have bad health indicators maybe you’d get more bonemass tho also if you tell someone oh I don’t eat that sort of thing but thank you then what’s wrong with that I do that and my family members and friends understand as I’m very polite about it -
