There’s zero mainstream evidence for primal but tons of community garnered evidence and testimonies same with the use of urine throughout history -

Only wash when greasy and only with filtered tap water/spring water/lake water.
Use 1 part raw organic ACV with the mother to 4 parts spring water before using an egg mask.
For the mask use 2 eggs, 1 tbsp honey.
You can add in extra virgin olive oil or lemon juice for extra shine or brightening.Ps you can also use urine recipies like others noted down here in this sub but I don’t personally.

Also urine doesn’t really have a smell after drying/absorbing into skin or hair I’ve asked many people and they said I smelt fine
