Recently i have become very curious about pregnancy and birth (even though I wont have children for atleast a few years) Modern slavery teaches a bunch of poor practices when it comes to womens pregnancies and their birthing process.

Ive looked on aajonus.net but im finding limited results, so I am wondering if there is any advice when it comes to pregnancy and birth? Is there anything to avoid for pregnancy?
Obviously not going to a hospital is the best but other than that what should happen during birth? What are your opinions on midwives, or should the only people present during the birth be the mother and father?

I have so many questions for this topic so if anyone has any good resources or videos to look at then i will be very grateful. thanks

If I remember correctly, Women need to be at least 35% BF whilst trying to get pregnant and be on primal for several years & ideally their partner be too.

@ela how long it takes to replace every single cell in the body once. It takes 5 cycles of this (35-40) years to fully reverse degeneration.

@ela If you eat raw primal, according to Aajonus the actual birth will be very straightforward and not painful. A lot less contractions than an unhealthy mother. Also, if you have children younger that also helps because your bones aren’t set yet.
