    does fermented raw milk contain more nutrients and igf-1 compared to normal raw milk ? other than bacteria ofc.

      not more igf-1 and only little bit more B-vitamins.

      raw fermented milk has insane amount of bacteria (48 hour fermentation) and improved digestibility as the bacteria process the milk before consumption.

      We want to live!

        @Rabbi yea i have a 15 day fermented raw milk in the fridge, earlier i thought it would have more bacteria but learned bacteria peaks about 48h. do you know whats the pros/cons of long fermentation ?

          @RawisLaw there is one benefit and there is fewer bacteria yeah but the ones that survive long are very tough and resilient which can be good for strong gut bacteria
