I have noticed that when you eat rawprimal, your pain senses change to more optimal state.

The optimal state is high sensitivity and low distress. (this is what you get on rawprimal)You sense danger early and stay functional through it much more easily.

For most people they have low pain sensitivity (don't notice pain early and this leads to worse injury/disease, and high distress, so they feel the pain a lot and it hurts more when they notice it.)

optimal example (rawprimal): your leg gets a cut, you notice it fast (high sensitivity) but it doesn't feel that bad after the initial pain surge of few minutes (Low distress)

suboptimal example (modern diet): your leg gets a cut, you notice it only hours after when you take your pants off while changing clothes(Low sensitivity), it already damaged more from the abrasion from the pants and now it hurts a lot because you are unhealthy (High distress).

    sooooo....
this indicates the body is so resourceful the conscious user of the body doesn't need to worry about the injury as the body can repair it without more resources from the user.

    We want to live!
