    Hi, im a 16 year old living in england and i was wondering if anyone could advise me on how to get the cheapest but good quality raw meat and raw diary and where to source it from . i have like a budget of 100-150 pounds and im new to all this primal diet so any help would be great. Thanks

      @Avishai it doesnt need to be any insanely high quality meat, if you dont have much money just try to find a butcher or store that sells fresh raw animal foods and try them. raw beef liver is the best ROI. top 1 nutritious food in world.

          @Avishai it looks like frozen organs & meat, not good for the quality, the nutrients degrade while frozed. Try to find other shop, if you cant then try those, its better than nothing.

            @Avishai most of the time animal meats and organs that are sold for dogs are very very low quality, i definitely wouldnt try it (especially if it’s freeze dried/frozen)

            Local butchers are definitely the way to go if you want raw animal products that are actually good quality
