If people weren’t so brainwashed and would fucking listen. All mental conditions would be cured if somehow it massive improvement made. Same for chronic illness. I hate reading Reddit posts on such topics, so many people are absolutely fucking cooked. Read a post about a severe ADHD 11 year old with suspected autism takes vyvanse, and now has ALPHA GAL. WTF! He’s cooked. He’s never going to live a good life, he’s going to be an incel. Fuck man.

@Elliott87 my grandma has cancer and is currently going through chemo, she can hardly move her legs anymore and it’s sad to think that she could potentially be saved with this diet but would never do it
